Privacy Policy for Home Workout: 30 Day Challenge

Privacy Policy – Home Workout: 30 Day Challenge

Effective date: 29 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ALLURE FURNISH (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the Android app Home Workout: 30 Day Challenge, shown on your phone as Fit in 30 Days (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

In short: the App has no accounts and we run no servers of our own. Your workout data stays on your phone. The App uses Google Firebase to understand how the App is used and to receive crash reports, shows ads through Google AdMob (unless you have Premium), and sells Premium through Google Play. These Google services process some data as described below.

1. Information stored on your device

To give you your 30-day plan and track your progress, the App saves the following on your device. We do not receive or store it, except that your fitness level, plan day and workout length are included in the usage statistics described in section 3.

  • Your answers during setup: gender, fitness goal, fitness level and body weight.
  • A name, if you choose to enter one.
  • Your progress: current plan day, completed days, finished workouts (name, date, duration, estimated calories), total minutes and your streak.
  • Your settings: sound and voice guide, reminder time, whether you have Premium, and which workouts you unlocked for the day by watching an ad.
  • Values you enter in the BMI calculator are used for the calculation on your device and are not sent anywhere.

The voice guide uses your phone's built-in text-to-speech engine. The exercise videos are stored inside the App, so workouts work offline.

2. Device backup

If Android backup is turned on in your phone's settings, Android may include the App's data in your personal Google backup, so your progress can be restored on a new phone. This backup is managed by Google under your Google account, and we cannot access it. You can turn it off in your phone's backup settings.

3. App usage and crash reports (Google Firebase)

We use two Google Firebase services to improve the App:

  • Firebase Analytics tells us how the App is used as a whole, for example how many people finish setup, open the Premium screen, choose a plan, complete a workout, or reach Day 7 and Day 30 of the plan. It records these App events together with your fitness level, the plan day, workout length and whether you have Premium. It also collects standard information such as an app instance ID, device model, Android version, App version, language, approximate country (derived from your IP address) and session information.
  • Firebase Crashlytics sends us a report when the App crashes, including the technical details of the error, device model, Android version, App version, available memory and storage, and an installation ID, so we can find and fix the problem.

We do not send your name, body weight, BMI values or any free text you enter to Firebase. We see Analytics results as totals and trends, not as a profile of you.

Consent: in regions where the law requires consent (for example the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), Firebase Analytics follows the choices you make in Google's consent form. Until you choose, Analytics does not store identifiers or use data for advertising. You can change your choice at any time under Profile › Ad privacy settings. Crash reports are used only to keep the App working.

Google keeps Analytics data for a limited period (up to 14 months) and crash reports for 90 days. Learn more in Privacy and Security in Firebase.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

If you use the free version, the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob: banner ads (including a banner that opens larger and can be collapsed), ads styled as cards within the App, full-screen ads at natural breaks (for example when you return to the App, open a workout, or leave or finish a workout), and optional video ads that you can choose to watch to unlock a Premium workout for the day. Full-screen ads are limited in frequency and are never shown during an exercise, the rest timer or setup.

To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information such as your device's advertising ID, IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Depending on your choices, ads may be personalised or non-personalised. We do not receive this information in a form that identifies you.

  • Consent: in regions where the law requires it (for example the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and some US states), the App shows Google's consent form before any ads are requested. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Profile › Ad privacy settings.
  • Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's settings (Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads, depending on your device).
  • Premium: Premium users see no ads, and the App does not request ads for them.

Learn more about how Google uses data: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases (Google Play Billing)

Premium (weekly or monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase) is sold through Google Play. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see your card, bank or wallet details. The App only receives from Google Play whether you have an active Premium purchase, so it can unlock Premium and restore it after a reinstall or on a new phone.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in the Google Play Store app (Profile › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions). Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.

6. Ratings

After some finished workouts, the App may ask Google Play to show its standard rating window. Your rating and review go directly to Google Play; the App does not see whether or how you rated it.

7. Permissions the App uses

  • Notifications: only for the daily workout reminder, if you turn reminders on.
  • Run at startup: to set your reminder again after the phone restarts or the App is updated.
  • Internet and network state: for ads, Google Play purchases, the consent form, usage statistics and crash reports. Workouts themselves do not need the internet.
  • Advertising ID (and Android's ad services): added by Google AdMob for advertising and ad measurement, as described in section 4.
  • Billing: to buy and restore Premium through Google Play.

The App does not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, precise location, health or fitness data from other apps, or any files on your phone.

8. What we do not do

  • We do not require an account or sign-in.
  • We do not operate servers of our own that collect your data.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not send your name, weight or BMI values to any service.

9. Keeping and deleting your data

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can:

  • Reset your workout progress in the App under Profile › Reset Progress.
  • Delete everything the App has stored by clearing its data (Settings › Apps › Fit in 30 Days › Storage › Clear data) or by uninstalling it.
  • Manage or delete data held by Google (ads, backup, purchases) through your Google account at myaccount.google.com.
  • Ask us to delete Firebase Analytics data linked to your App installation by emailing us (section 15). Resetting your advertising ID or reinstalling the App also starts a new, unlinked app instance ID.

Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play as described in section 5.

10. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the App and you have a concern, contact us using the details below.

11. Health notice

The App provides general fitness guidance and is not medical advice. Calorie figures are estimates. Please check with a doctor before starting a new exercise programme, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

12. Security

Your workout data is stored in the App's private storage on your phone, which other apps cannot read. Data exchanged with Google services, including Firebase, is sent over encrypted connections by those services.

13. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Because the App keeps your data on your device, you control it directly (see section 9). For data processed by Google, you can use your Google account settings or contact Google. For Firebase Analytics data about your App installation, contact us. For any other request, contact us below.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App changes. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the App's release notes on Google Play.
