Terms of Service – Home Workout: 30 Day Challenge

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and ALLURE FURNISH (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") for the Android app Home Workout: 30 Day Challenge, shown on your phone as Fit in 30 Days (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

1. Who can use the App

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the App and to make purchases in it. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Health and safety

The App provides general fitness information and exercise guidance. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified professional.

  • Check with a doctor before starting any new exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an injury, or have not exercised for a long time.
  • Stop exercising immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort.
  • Exercise within your own limits, in a safe space, and follow the exercise demonstrations carefully.
  • Calorie figures, workout durations and BMI results are estimates for general guidance only.

You take part in the workouts voluntarily and at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any injury or health problem that results from using the App.

3. Free features and Premium

The full 30-day plan is free to use at every level. The free version shows ads.

Premium removes ads and unlocks extra workouts that are not part of the 30-day plan. The features included in Premium are shown in the App before you buy. We may add, change or remove individual features over time, but we will not take away the main benefits you paid for during a paid period.

In the free version you may also choose to watch an optional video ad to unlock one Premium workout until midnight (your phone's local time) on that day.

4. Subscriptions and payments

All purchases are made through Google Play and are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Payment is handled by Google; we do not receive your payment details.

  • Weekly and monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged to your Google Play account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, or earlier if Google Play requires.
  • Price: the price and billing period are shown in the App and on Google Play's purchase screen before you buy. Google Play will notify you of any price change as described in its terms.
  • Cancelling: open the Google Play Store app › Profile › Payments and subscriptions › Subscriptions. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Free trials: if we offer a free trial, its length and the price that applies afterwards will be shown before you start it. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and is charged when the trial ends.
  • Refunds: refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not give partial refunds for unused parts of a subscription period.
  • Lifetime is a one-time payment. It gives access to Premium on the Google account used to buy it for as long as we offer and support the App. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
  • Restoring purchases: Premium is linked to your Google account and is restored automatically when you use the App with the same account, for example after reinstalling or on a new phone.

5. Advertising

The free version of the App shows ads provided by Google AdMob, as described in our Privacy Policy. Premium users do not see ads. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for products or services they promote.

6. Your licence to use the App

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with these Terms and Google Play's rules. You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent the App or any part of it, including its exercise videos, images and text;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the App's source code, except where the law allows this;
  • bypass or interfere with Premium, payments, ads or any security feature;
  • use the App in any unlawful way or in a way that could harm the App, us or other people.

7. Ownership

The App and all of its content, including the exercise videos, images, workout plans, text, design and the "Fit in 30 Days" name and icon, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any ownership rights.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on services provided by Google, including Google Play, Google AdMob and Google Firebase. Your use of those services is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

9. Changes to the App and to these Terms

We may update, change or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, for example to improve it, fix problems or meet legal requirements. We may also update these Terms. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and significant changes will be noted in the App's release notes on Google Play. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; remember to cancel any subscription in Google Play. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will achieve any particular fitness result. Results depend on many factors, including your health, effort and consistency.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
